Ecobrightview provides a seamless shipping experience. We collaborate with trusted shipping agents and freight forwarders who expertly manage the logistics, customs clearance, documentation, and delivery directly to your warehouse or job site, ensuring your goods arrive safely and efficiently.

Our standard payment terms require a 50% deposit via bank wire transfer or credit card to initiate the order. The remaining balance is due just before the shipment is dispatched, ensuring a secure transaction process for both parties.

At Ecobrightview, we streamline the process for you. Once your goods arrive at the port, our dedicated team will handle the customs clearance. Depending on our agreement, the associated taxes may be covered by either Ecobrightview or our valued clients. After clearance, we ensure a smooth pickup process.

For standard purchase orders, the production timeframe is estimated at 3 to 5 weeks from the date we receive and approve your drawings. After production, shipping to your local seaport or warehouse from our location in China typically takes an additional 4 to 5 weeks.
